He is survived by: his parent Ila Mae Palmer (Ziegelmann); his children, Kenny Palmer, Kasey Palmer and Katelyn Palmer; his siblings, Robin Landrith (Douglas) and Ron Palmer (Gale); and his nieces and nephews, Kristy Landrith, Shane Landrith, Jillian Palmer, Jenae Palmer, Jennifer Case, Tanya Ellisen and Teressa Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
