He is survived by: his mother-in-law Carrie Miller; his wife Carrie Miller; his daughters, Kristine Heyworth (John), Tamara Knabenshue (David), Peggy Ludwig and Karen Johnson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Rachel (Ryan), Charity (Levi), Leah (Cody), Hannah, Abigail, Victoria, Sarah, Lemuel, Stephanie and Steven; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Liam, Asher, Jonas, Adric, Bria, Cole, Rylie, Wesley and Chance; and his siblings, Donna Lighthall and Larry Ludwig.
