She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Richards (McGrath) and Justin Richards Jr.; and her brother Thomas Richards. She is survived by: her son Justin Moats; her grandchildren, Aiden, Zavier, Mercedes and Lydia Moats; her sister Linda VanDerWeele (Jeffrey); and her nieces and nephews, Priscilla VanDerWeele, Sharon Baker (Chris), Philip VanDerWeele and Andy Richards.
