She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hazen and Jennie Hazen (Swinson); and her son John Watson. She is survived by: her former husbands, Warren Watson and Hugh Thompson; her husband Wilbur "Bill" Cook; her sons, Joseph (Karen) and Paul Watson; and her grandchildren, Kristine Byrnes (Mike), David Watson (Melissa), Jeremy Watson (Erin) and Jennifer Kitchen (Jason). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; six stepchildren; and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Marlette or the United Hospice Service of Marlette Regional Hospital.
