He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Cecil, Lupi, Julia Salas and Irene Salas.
He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Navarro and Francisca Navarro (Medina); his wife Beverly June Navarro; his children, Manuel Navarro (Cheryl), Deb Chappel (Chuck), Roxanne Smiley (Matt), Brenda Holtez (Russ), Colleen Degrande (Al), Billy Navarro, Ron Navarro (Billi) and Kelly Belle (Don); and his siblings, Joe Navarro (Myra), Julius Navarro (Joan), Evelyn Buniak (Carl) and Rebecca Fowler (Floyd). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
