He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Maxwell and Belva Maxwell (Smith); and his wife Roberta K. Brown. He is survived by: his children, Brian Maxwell (Andrea), RaeAnn Rank (David) and Craig Maxwell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
