He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Irvin Duffano (Nedrah) and Pierce Mason (Marjorie); and his uncles, John and David Duffano. He is survived by: his wife Judy Burns; his parents, Jan Richter (John) and Douglas Mason (Donna); his mother-in-law Carol Gollaher; his children, Shauna West (Nathan), Brian Burkhart and Casondra Coltson (Shawn); his grandchildren, Shawn, Brody, Braxton, Sarah, Jordyn and Ava; his great grandchild Brantley; his brother David Mason (Jennifer); his stepsiblings, Alaina Hartzman, Michelle Richter, Heidi Richter and Jason Richter (Deanna); his nieces and nephews, Alexia Mason, Jessica, L. J. Mason (Tiffany), Christian Mason, Marc Mason and Joshua; his great-nephew Aaron Mason; and his great-niece Brynley Mason. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
