He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Brown and Mae Elizabeth Joseph (White); his wife Patricia Strong; his stepmother Margaret Joseph; his children, Michael Joseph, Christine Garrett, Scott Joseph and Margaret Joseph; and his children-in-law, Randy Garrett, Jerry Jackson and Gail Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon P. Ball, Kathy Hutchinson (William), Grant Joseph (Jane) and Stephanie Jackson; his siblings, Jarl (Pat), Jim, Juell (Marge), Jack (Bonnie) and Joyce; and his friend Wayne Millington. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, his 9 great-grandchildren, his 2 great-great grandchildren.
