He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wolak and Josephine Wolak (Todis). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathryn Wolak (Sheldon Brown), JoAnn Kurtz (Bryan), Thomas Wolak (Mary), Philip Wolak (Linda), Francis Wolak (Pam) and Robert Wolak (Christina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
