He is survived by: his wife Susan Kelly; his children, Amy Mustonen (David), John Macha (Sara) and Kerri Newland (Gary); his grandchildren, Justin, Stephanie, Daniel, Leo, Jack, Cody (Kelly), Andrew (Taylor), Jennifer (Christopher) and Emily; and his siblings, Anthony, Richard, Lawrence and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the United Hospice of Marlette Regional Hospital.
