He is survived by: his wife Lillian Hicks Odoerfer; his children, Sherri Prusinski (Robert), Ed Odoerfer (Shawn), Ginny Dye (Ron) and Denise Osborne (Chuck); his stepchildren, Linda Sadler (Grant), Barbara Franklin (Dave), Larry Hicks (Mary), Bill Hicks and Laura Durell (Dave); and his siblings, Elenor Kolowich, Annabelle Walker and Barney Odoerfer.
