He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard and Beatrice Leonard (Plain); and his siblings, Maxine Johnson, Virgina Sontag, Mae Belle Leonard, Mary Kennard, Thomas Leonard and Lyle Decker.
He is survived by: his former wife Janis Leonard; his stepchildren, Lisa Kelly (Andy), Kirk Kibbey (Joy), Kim Smith (Tom) and Kevin Kibbey (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Jessica McNeilly (Joseph), Jason Moon, Kalib Kibbey, Kayla Cieszlak (Adam), Giselle Bloomfield (David), Ashley Gieraltowski (John), Autumn McClellan, Lisa Smith, Robin Vincent (Kevin), Misty Verellen (Ray), Steven Baugher (Justine) and Michelle Conroy (Kevin).
