He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wiley and Thelma Wiley (Hobson). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Wiley; his children, Marie Wiley (Cynthia), Delisa Heltsley, Matthew Wiley (Rebecca) and Allison Glover (Ian); his grandchildren, Lauren Wiley, Jacob Wiley, Brenden Gugel, Ashley Cummings, India Glover, Hannah Glover, Elizabeth Glover, Gabriel Glover, Isaiah Glover, Bryan Baxter, Amanda Russell, Anne Robichaux, Cindy Wright, Lynita Brown and Josh Jones; and his brothers, Jeffery Wiley and Robert Wiley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Sanilac County Humane Society, 3847 W Sheldon St., Carsonville, MI 48419.
