He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sullivan and Lucille Sullivan (Kritzman); his brother-in-law Clare Lefler; and his nephew Kenneth Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Wendy Lefler, William Sullivan, Diane Hamilton (Shawn) and Jack Sullivan; and his nieces and nephews, David Lefler (Kimberly), Heidi Swiatek, Alaina Modene, Lauren Glinsky (Chad), Nathan Hamilton and Alison (Joshua).
