He was predeceased by: his father George E. Coon; his brother George J. Coon; and his brother-in-law Jack Jenema. He is survived by: his mother Ann Coon (Michell) of Marion; and his siblings, Anndrea McCrimmon (Howard) of Marion, Kathleen Jenema of Marion, Kevin Coon of Cadillac, Leisa Ritzer (Michael) of Evart, Marcella Bennett (Kevin) of Marion, Michelle Thompson (Michael) of Cadillac and John Coon (Cindy) of Midland.
