He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clifford, Raymond, Arthur, Harold, Clair Danford and Bernice Bigford; his son Gregory Danford; his son-in-law Scott Hamilton; and his granddaughter Mary Kay Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Danford (Cartwright); his brother Roy Danford; and his daughters, Kathryn Mathieu (Greg), Marilyn Danford Wells and Emily Hamilton-Hutchings (Ronald Hutchings). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
