He is survived by: his children, Mellisa Horstman (Tim) and Rob Nowland (Amanda); his siblings, Marie Johnson (Darwin), Edward Nowland (Smitty), Carmoneta Romatz (Stanley), Gary Nowland (JoAnn), Frank Nowland (Ann), Rita Moggo (Glen), Beth Ashby-Hummel (Larry), Suzie Nowland, Carl Nowland (Diann) and Kandi Breininger (Bill); his brother-in-law Larry Seeley (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Timothy, Josh and Damion. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews.
