He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bazuin and Pauline Bazuin (Dowlyn); his brother Larry Bazuin (Virginia); his son-in-law Bill McArthur; and his brother-in-law Ronald Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Bazuin of Marion; his daughter Bobette McArthur of Byron Center; his stepchildren, Cecil Arthur Struble of Southern Kentucky and Carmen Struble-Zellmer; and his siblings, Ken Bazuin (Norma) of Marion and Ruth Ann Smith (Dennis) of Dighton.
