He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Vanderhoef (Flossie) and Flossie Vanderhoef (Fisher); his wife Arleta Jean Vanderhoef; his children, Russel Lee Vanderhoef (Eunice) of LeRoy, Ronald Vanderhoef (Irene) of Sterling Heights, Robert Wayne Vanderhoef of Marion, Stanley Leon Vanderhoef (Becky) of Marion and Sandra Kay (Raymond Rickets) of Cadillac; his siblings, Bernard Vanderehoef (Delores) of Evart, Laura Marie Kitson and Lynda Platz of Cadillac; his children, Milton "Mike" Vanderhoef, Beverley Jean and Lester Allen; his grandchildren, Donna Jean Vanderhoef, Terri Lynn Vanderhoef, Luke Vanderhoef and Keri Duddles; his great great grandchild Wyatt Heath; and his siblings, Ruby Laycock (Floyd), Charles Orby Vanderhoef (Delores), Paul Vanderhoef, Milton Vanderhoef Jr. and James Vanderhoef. He was also cherished by 34 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great grandchildren.
