He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howay and Mary Howay (Bradley); and his brother Dennis Howay. He is survived by: his wife Marion Howay; and his children, Crystal Cutting (Jon), Michael Carrier, Michelle Crisp (Jeff), Tammy Gerard (Ron), Clint Howay (Raenelle), Rebecca Mead (Mike), Kathleen Thompson (Larry) and Ryan Howay (Amy). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
We are currently still under the governor's executive order of social distancing and limited to 25 visitors at the funeral home at one time.
