He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin G. Hubbard and Alma Hubbard (Ketner); his grandson Jason Helm; and his siblings, Marie Brown (Bob), Elaine Ring (Chet), Howard Hubbard, Keith Hubbard (Clyda) and Lawrence Hubbard (Eileen).

He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Rick, Michael, Kathy Helm (Mark) and Marion; his siblings, Virginia Evans (David), Kenny Hubbard (Marsha) and Roger Hubbard (Marie); and his sister-in-law Ruth Whitney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
