She is survived by: her husband Gilbert "Junior" Shafer of Marion; her grandmother Carolyn Dodds (William "Bill") of Missouri; her children, Constance Chapple, Cole and Angel Everly; the father of her children Steven Everly; her brothers, Cody, Robby, Jerry and Billy; and her stepchildren, Kenny Shafer (Tammy) and Katherine "Kathy" Shafer. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
