He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick McKnight and Wava McKnight (Bailey); his wife Irene Eleanor Boulton; his daughter Brenda Kay Johnston (David) of Crescent City, CA; his grandchildren, Deidra Ann Kolman of Crescent City, Sandra Lynn Freeland (Adam) of Lake City, Jessyca Irene McKnight (Brent Kilpatrick) of Lennon, Frederick Arthur McKnight (Tara Ott) of Wisconsin and Sara Leigh Enos (Jacob) of Crescent City; his siblings, Margaret Domrowski (Ed) of Flint, Mary Gaylord (Chuck) of Flint, Walter McKnight (Karen) and Glenn Daniel McKnight (Kay) of New Market, TN.; his son James Michael McKnight; his granddaughter Holly Kolman; his sisters, Maxine Delashmit of Flint and Evelyn Parr of Flint; and his sister-in-law Laura Long.
