He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Iretta Churchill (Monday); his grandparents, James Churchill, Ruth Churchill, Oscar Monday and Minnie Monday; and his stepgrandfather Curt Sommers.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick, David and Michael; his father Ronald Churchill of Glendale, AZ; his siblings, Michael Churchill (Nicole) of Dundee, MI and Rhonda Davis (Shawn) of Monroe; his nieces and nephews, Kelsey Standifer (Zack), Kassidy Goins, Kyle Goins (Kaiulani), Mykal Churchill, Xander Churchill and Kaden Churchill; his stepchildren, Randall Lee Harper (Adam), Jodei Kerr and Elisha Lieto (Paul); his former wife Julie Churchill; his former wife's sons, Michael, Patrick and David; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by four great nephews with one on the way, one great niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gregory's honor have been suggested to the family.
