She is survived by: her mother Penny David (Pettit); her close friend Gina Guchess of Marion; her sons, Dustin Smith of Marion and Jared Smith of Cadillac; her grandchildren, Adrian Smith and Maddy Smith; her siblings, Terry Jr. David of Cadillac, Carol Hamlet of Evart, Jeff David (Darci) of Grant, Chad David of Cadillac and Katie Vassar (Ben) of Lake City; her stepmother Shirley Laycock-David of Cadillac; her pet Zuri; and also Penny Simmons of Irons. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
