He is survived by: his wife Lori Biskner; his sons, Nick, Jeff (Tracy) and Todd Provencher (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Marissa, Malorie and Mazy; and his siblings, Evette, Valorie, Sherry, Roy, Bruce, Dale, Allen, Andy, Lee and Scott. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
