She was predeceased by: her father Frank Regan; her husband Norm Welser; her brother Tim Regan; her son-in-law Kevin Quail; her goddaughter Jeannie; and her son Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Patty, Mary Beth (Dave), Marcia (Tom), Mike (Lori), Francie (late Kevin), Meg (Ted) and Barbie (Greg); her grandchildren, Krissy (Matt), Lindsay (David), Michael (Kelsie), Jeremy, Brent (Brandi), Kyle (Stephanie), Alex (Emily), Allison (Josh), John (Chloe), Emily (Jeremy), Anne, Bradley (Ally), Alyssa, Matthew, Brendan, Thomas and Grace; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Joseph, Parker, Matti, Kaleb, Mia, Jude, Ava, Mason, Nolan, Gus, Cora and Whitney; her sister Joyce Genaw; her siblings-in-law, Janice, Harold LePior, Dave and Lou Ann Welser; and her nieces and nephews, Judy, Jane of Nancy, K. C., David, Adam and Chad (Melanie).
