He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sr. Orlick and Mary Ann Orlick; and his siblings, Darlene, Ernest Jr. and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Christine Minehart; his children, Ryan (Will), Tristan (Kerina) and Riley; his granddaughter Alya Zia; and also Pete.
