It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Sue Dibley of Marine City, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Richardson; and her brother Charles Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Joe Dibley; her children, David Dibley (Lisa) and Lori Smith (Reg); her grandchildren, Joey Dibley, Drew and Jess Smith; her brothers, Jim Richardson, Terry Richardson (Nancy) and Dennis Richardson (Shelly); and her sister-in-law Peggy Richardson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Richmond First United Methodist Church.
