He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Revers and Elenore Revers; his former wife Sherry Lynn Revers; and his siblings, Mary Ann, Joe and Elaine.
He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Kozicki; his children, Christopher Revers, Pastor Paul Welch II (Stephanie), Benjamin Welch, Andrew Welch (Rebecca), Philip Welch, Amber Heizer, Sarah Elizabeth and David Welch; his grandchildren, Charlie, Joey, James, Cecil, David, Nathan, Blake, Jacob and Maleficent; and his brother Rodney Revers (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
