She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hoffman; her children, Denise Hays, Daniel Casey (Margaret), David Casey (Kelli), Roy Burch (Dawn), Michelle Hoffman and Mitchell Hoffman; and her siblings, Mary Jane, Ted, Judy and Sally. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
