It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Renee Van Tol (Marine City, Michigan), who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Earl Van Tol; and her brother Michael Vitale. She is survived by: her children, Jason Van Tol (Luci) of Pompano Beach and Jennifer Laura of Sterling Heights; her grandchildren, Zachary, Nicole, Aaliyah, Nolan, Alexis and Shelby; her brother-in-law Lawrence Van Tol (Marilyn); and her nieces and nephews, Bryan Sheppard, Jonathan Vitale (Allison), Melissa Wyckhuyse (Brian), Sean Van Tol (Meghan), Kimberly Sovik (Paul), Nicholas Van Tol (Amanda) and Danielle Leath (Ian).
Memorials are suggested to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
