He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Gregg Toles; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Matthew Southard; and his parents-in-law, Bernard and Evelyn Stockwell (Arnold).
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Evelyn Toles of East China and Robert Southard (Michelle) of Plant City; his grandchildren, Tara Wallace (Adam), Dana Bongers (Matt), Correy Southard (Cathryn), Carra Southard (Jordan), Christina Markel (Tony), Cameron Furtah, Trenton Furtah and Matt Metheny; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Gemma, Maggie, Gretchen, Eden, Eve, Isaac, Abraham, Adam, Izzy, Gabrielle, Connor, Abigail, Lillian, Kilah, Kinlie, Raelyn and Payton; his siblings, Gloria Kovac and Earl Alana; and his sisters-in-law, Juli Tate and Deborah Hall (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House or the Port Huron Salvation Army.
