She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Ray Middlestadt; her siblings, Daniel Ray Middlestadt Jr. and Dawn Kelley; and her niece Courtney Kelley. She is survived by: her mother Sheila Ann Ickes; her husband Christopher Farris of Marcellus; her children, Breanne, Carter, Mason and Riley Farris of Marcellus; her nephew Zachary Kelley of Three Rivers; and her cousin Terry Ladyga Jr. of Dowagiac.
