She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart Rutz; and her siblings, Permelia Hulse and Stuart Molineaux. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Rutz (Helen) of Silver Spring and Christopher (Li) of St. Joseph; and her sisters, Debora, Susan and Jean Molineaux. She is also survived by four grandsons.

Memorials may be directed to the Cass County Council on Aging.
