He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eggleston and Nellie Eggleston (White); his siblings, Betty Maggert (Wayne), Olin and Guy Eggleston (Phyllis); his sister-in-law Jan Eggleston; his daughter Cassie Pendell; and his granddaughter Hannah Eggleston.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Krager; his children, Robert Eggleston Jr. of Jones, Julie Rosen of Sturgis, Frank Eggleston (Brenda) of Marcellus, Archie Eggleston of Marcellus and Rodney Eggleston of Marcellus; his son-in-law Zack Pendell of Marcellus; his siblings, Linda Saidla (Howard) of Marcellus and David Eggleston of Three Rivers; his sister-in-law Elaine Eggleston; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hartung (Ren), Linda Rosen, Brian Rosen (Ashley), Brandon, Travis Pendell, Erika, Nathan, Heidi and Rachel Eggleston. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
