He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Vlasak and Helen Vlasak (Noll); his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Rose Vlasak (David). He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Hlavac; his children, Andrea Steyskal (Aaron), Pamela Tvaroh and Dean Vlasak (Sharon); and his brother David Vlasak.
