He was predeceased by: his parents, George Valentine Swartz and Erma Emma Peggels; his stepfather Leo Swartz; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Swartz and Arlene Kern.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Price (Swartz), Raymond Swartz Jr.-Ricki Swartz of Three Rivers, Danielle Moon (Swartz), Travis Swartz-Shaina Swartz of Three Rivers and Ryan Swartz-Jenni Swartz of Marcellus. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
