It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Hokanson of Marcellus, Michigan, born in Washburn, Maine, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alex and Lula; her husband Eugene Hokanson; her children, Jeanie Burch (Roy) of Illinois, Alphonse Hokanson of Florida, Carl Hokanson of Illinois, Jimmy Hokanson of Marcellus and Robert Hokanson of Marcellus; and her brother Gary Barker (Joyce) of Benton Harbor. She was also cherished by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
