She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Carrie Valitchka (Harnden) and James Valitchka; her husband Jack W. Armstrong; her brother James Valitchka; her in-laws, Jospeh and Melva Armstrong; her sister-in-law Janice Armstrong; and her nephew Robert Armstrong Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Cindy Valitchka of Lynn Arkansas, Robert Armstrong of Marcellus, Ronald Armstrong (Kathy) of Jones, Connie Joe Porath (Todd) of Three Rivers and Kris Johnson of Decatur. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
