He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen R. Dixon (Martini); and his parents, Forrest Dixon and Erma Dixon. He is survived by: his friend Forrest; his sons, Ronald B. Dixon (Kandy) and Timothy A. Dixon (Gail); and his brother Larry Dixon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
