She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Shears and Belle Shears (Dunkle); her son Frank Noel Sr.; her son-in-law Mario Williams; her grandson Cody Noel; and her sister LoRay Fager.
She is survived by: her children, Ernie Noel (Mary) of Marcellus, Chuck Noel of Marcellus, Gail Noel (Carl) of Shipshewana and Jeanette Williams (Randy) of Marcellus; and her siblings, Patricia Rice (George), Bettie Schwartz, Harold Shears (Lillie), Authur Shears LaVerne Timm (Faith) of Centreville, MI and Sharon McCann (Walter). She is also survived by 16 grandkids, 23 great grandkids.
