She is survived by: her husband Chuck; and her children, Richard C. Ingersoll (Sharon), Thomas F. Ingersoll, MD (Marianne) and Amy I. Hazelwood (Thomas). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
