She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Begeman and Mabel Begeman (Newell); and her brother Art Begeman (Betty). She is survived by: her children, Greg Smith (Lesleigh McDaniel), Gary Smith (Steve Stevens), Peter Smith, Sandy Dancy, Tami Smith, Fred Smith (Dianne) and Jack Smith; her sister-in-law Merita Smith; her nephew Jim Begeman; and her niece Bonnie Jean Simons (Stan). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
