She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Troutman and Marie Troutman (Maiden); her husband Raymond L Hess; her sons, Gary Hicks, Ron Hicks and Raymond Hess; her granddaughters, Venessa Hicks, Ginger Hicks and Erica Hicks; and her son-in-law Max McBride.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Spencer, Janet Perry of Decatur, Debra McBride of Decatur, Dean Hess of Kalamazoo, Norman Harvey (Marge) of Morley and Brian Hicks (Stephanie) of Kalamazoo; and her daughter-in-law Julie Hicks of Marcellus. She is also survived by many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
