He is survived by: his son Patrick Chick (Leigh) of Alto, MI; his grandchildren, Hunter, Colter and Ember; his girlfriend Barb Smith; his girlfriend's son Kody Smith (Sam); and his sisters, Linda Holder of Maple Rapids, MI, Connie Maniez (Terry) of St. Johns, MI, Janet MacLennan (Mike Erickson) of Ashley, MI, Ruth Ann Skea of Maple Rapids, MI, Carolyn VanDuinen (Gary) of Houghton Lake, MI and Pam Miller (Marlin) of Maple Rapids, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
