He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Meteer and Myrtle Meteer (Freeman); his wife Shirley Buell; and his siblings, Vera Jordan, Ford Meteer, Reva Kologe, Gayle Chrestensen, Vern Meteer and Eugene Meteer.
