He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dana Kay Smith; his children, Michael (Sue), Jeffery (Christina), Barry (Lynn), Mary (Tom), Cindy (Joe) and Kristi (Denis); his grandfather Ernie; his grandchildren, Jesse (Christina), Ryan, Tracy, Tina, Chris (Cassie), Daniel (Kandice), Jacob (Barbara), Kate, Colleen, Alan (Stephanie), Michael (Olivia), Eileen (Mike), Peter, Jamie and Gabe; his sister Bette; his parents, Harold Guy Smith and Elizabeth Smith; his stepmother Elva Smith; and his stepsiblings, Rachel, Evelyn and Donald. He was also cherished by fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
