He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Lee Ostyn and Pat; his children, Matthew Bixby (Nicole) of Empire, Michelle Bixby of Tawas and Jonathon Bixby of San Francisco; his grandchildren, Tyler and Jake; and his siblings, Paul Bixby (Patricia) of Berrien Springs, Carl Bixby (Karen) of St. Joe and Janet Shafer (George) of Berrien Springs.
