We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2022, at the age of 72, Verlyn J. Drake Jr. of Manton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlyn J. Drake and Donna Mae Drake Sr. (Bennett); and his sister Joanne Mae Laing. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Drake of Manton; his children, Heather Lee Palmer (Corey) of Grandville, Bridget Lee Guerra (Carlos) of Huntington Woods and Gregory Dale Drake (Monica) of Lansing; his grandchildren, Isabel Guerra, Ava Guerra, Claira Palmer and Emery Palmer; and his sister Suzanne Kay Wood (Jack).

Memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer's Association.
